WOMEN’S MINISTRIES
The purpose of Women’s Ministries is to help women draw closer to the Lord and to one another in Christ. They meet throughout the week for bible study, prayer, crafts classes and fellowship. If you have any questions, please contact 650.266.4344 or women@highlands.us to get connected!

MEN’S MINISTRY
The Men’s Ministry of our church is a great place for men to come together and build relationships with God and brothers-in-Christ. Men's Coffee Fellowship
We get together Wednesdays at 11am in the lower parking lot for a time of coffee and conversation.
Men’s Tennis Fellowship
Join us for a game of tennis and fellowship! Dates and times vary.

Men's Jail Ministry
Join us in bringing the Good News of Christ's forgiveness to these men.
Men's Breakfast Fellowship (3rd Saturdays of every month)
We get together for worship, some great food, fellowship and a message.
MARRIAGE MINISTRY
Our mission is to teach God’s design for marriage that reflects the image of God to build up marriages, families, and community.

Groups:
Marriage Mentoring
Our trained Marriage Mentor Couples, with a heart for marriages, will walk along side you and your spouse to build a strong, Christ-centered marriage through biblical marriage mentoring while utilizing practical tools. Our unique approach of a husband and wife mentor couple team provides invaluable support to couples navigating challenges in their marriage as well as to couples seeking to enrich their marital journey.

Marriage counseling is available with Pastor Dave Smith.
WORSHIP ARTS

RECOVERY MINISTRY
The Recovery Ministry's purpose is to bring healing to the hurting, to help to break ungodly habits, and to give hope to those with entrenched hang-ups. We have a Celebrate Recovery meeting every week, and have occasional support groups for Grief and Loss, Stress & Anger Management, and Codependency. We hope to add other support groups.

The purpose of these groups is to bring encouragement and healing to hurting people. Group schedules vary, so call for the latest information.
Celebrate Recovery Open Meetings
Celebrate Recovery is a proven, groundbreaking recovery curriculum that is distinctively Christian and uncompromisingly Biblical. It addresses Alcoholism, Divorce, Sexual Abuse, Codependency, Domestic Violence, Drug Addiction, Sexual Addiction, Food Addiction, Gambling Addictions and others. This group meets Tuesday nights at 7:00PM.
Grief and Loss Group
The loss of a loved one can be so devastating. Even Christians suffer when they lose someone, but God provides peace and comfort as we learn to depend on Him. This group is for those who have lost a loved one; for other kinds of losses, come to Celebrate Recovery. If you are interested, please email Pastor Dave Smith at dave@highlands.us.
Other Groups
At various times we also offer support for those needing help dealing with anger, stress or chronic illness; and we offer special special SuperGroups, where groups combine to get help coping with the holidays.
ASIAN PACIFIC OUTREACH MINISTRY
The goal of the Asian Pacific Outreach Ministry is to reach out to friends and family members, especially those from Asia and Pacific Islands, to assist them in knowing and serving our Lord, Jesus Christ. We gather together through special events, weekly Bible classes, and sports activities including: BSF/Co-Ed classes; ping pong fellowship, fishing; Monthly Coffee Break; and special events such as Christmas at the Highlands and others. HISPANIC MINISTRY
The Hispanic Ministry is involved in visiting nursing centers, passing out supplies to the homeless in San Francisco, as well as sharing the Gospel with them. SINGLES MINISTRY
We are a group of singles, 30 or older, including widowed, divorced, and never married. We come together to support and encourage each other, through bible studies, fellowship and special events & activities.

It is our goal to have every member of our church involved in a class or small group experience. We grow in our walks with God as we share life together, study God’s Word and support one another spiritually.
